July 4: Feast of Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati

The Fourth of July is the feast of a boldly courageous member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society whom Pope John Paul II beatified in 1990: Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati. See the new presentation that illustrates the many ways in which Pier Giorgio chose to serve the poor and practice his Catholicism, despite the temptations that went along with being the heir to a prestigious family in Italy in the early 1900s.
