Online video conferencing technology and social networks are replacing the water cooler as the as the place to go when you need to talk or take a break from your work day. Many interesting issues are often discussed around the water cooler or its technological equivalent, video conferencing… whether text, audio or video enabled. If problems and opportunities are only discussed in twos and threes, then the rest of the people involved could be missing an opportunity for helpful communication.
